Tambara is an indie film that tells about the beliefs of
people and it’s talk about the generation nowadays and the ancient belief of
other people.
The
story was all about Lando that don’t like the culture and beliefs of a shaman
named “Datu Pikong” Datu Pikong was known for his healing power that the
fairies gave to him. Lando get angry to Datu Pikong so he destroyed the Tambara
(The altar of the Delties), The fairies got angry to Lando so the punished his
pregnant wife and when everything was settled down, Lando ask forgiveness ti
the fairies but they asked Lando to dance (Eagle Dance).
MY thought about Tambara is you should respect the belief/culture of other people
because sometimes it can help us to answer our problem and we must mind our own
business so there will be no stupid thing that will happen.
